1 NG; with "long tail". I tracked the bird by truck for about one-half mile. OT= 40 seconds. EOB= about 200 feet. It was cold, windy, and overcast. ALSO: (1 NG) 1:45 PM. RVP
The bird was pumping and drifting. The bird was in hunting mode, and just over the evergreen tree -tops. It was cold , overcast, and winds were gusting to 35 miles per hour. OT= 15 seconds. EOB= 100 feet.
