1 mature male NG; F-G-S, rising , and circling, and ripping through the sky. OT= 4 minutes. The bird was doing tight circles. EOB= 200 feet, rising to 300 feet; bright sun- no wind. Location "west of Issac".ALSO; 1 NG; probably male; ripping through the sky, over the tops of mature evergreens. The bird was F and G. The bird was heading west , up the Scimitar Ridge. OT= 5 seconds; no breeze.
