1 NG; past our position on the bridge. The bird was flapping and gliding. The bird appeared to put down in Bowman Bay. OT= 30-40 seconds. Ken Boyle- witness. ALSO; at 11:20 AM. (1 NG), probably a male, at Powell Road (ocean side); hunting. The bird was flapping and gliding. OT=40 seconds. Witness- Ken Boyle. This area is 2 miles south of Deception Pass Bridge. The bird may have been the same bird as seen at 10:20 AM.
